On Monday, June 15, 2026, near midday, police and judicial authorities confirmed the deaths of three individuals: a 46-year-old man identified as Horacio and his two children, Gianluca (10) and Giulia (4).

Personnel from SIES (Sistema de Emergencias—Emergency System) confirmed the deaths and determined the cause was likely asphyxiation by carbon monoxide inhalation.
