Daniela Celis Fulfills Her Dream and Makes Theater Debut in the Play Sex
The influencer and former Gran Hermano contestant is preparing to hit the stage in the acclaimed play Sex, directed by José María Muscari.
An Announcement Full of Emotion
Daniela Celis, popularly known as 'Pestañela', cannot hide her happiness. Through a video posted on her social media, the panelist for Telefe Streams announced that this Saturday, August 8, 2026 will be her big theater debut, joining the cast of the play Sex.
In the clip, recorded before and after attending the show, Celis expressed: “I came alone to see the show of my dreams” and confessed that she had already seen the play four times before receiving the offer. She will be on stage every Saturday in August 2026, extending a warm invitation to her followers: “I would love for you to come see me, to accompany me”.
What is the Play Sex?
Directed by José María Muscari and starring Flor de la V, Sex is a spectacle that challenges traditional labels. With seven years on the billboard, it combines text, humor, music, dance, and nudity, but its main goal is to demystify taboos around sex.
“Through humor, we can bring light to something that for a long time we were told was dark. There is no taboo around sex in our proposal,” Muscari explained. Celis described it as “a great plan to go as a couple, with friends, or with family”, promising a vibrant and different experience.
A Year of Big Challenges for the Influencer
This new professional step comes just a few weeks after her brief return to Gran Hermano: Generación Dorada (Telefe). On July 22, 2026, Daniela re-entered the most famous house with nomination power, but decided to voluntarily withdraw just two days later, on July 24.
The reason for her departure was her longing for her twin daughters, Laia and Aimé, born in January 2024. The little ones are the result of her relationship with Thiago Medina, whom she met during her original stint on Gran Hermano in 2022. “I am leaving for the love of my life, I cannot spend one more day without them”, was her emotional farewell.
