The Ministry of Culture of the Province of Santa Fe keeps registration open until August 31 for the second annual call of the Re-Suena program, an initiative designed to strengthen life projects linked to music, art, and sound creation for young people aged 16 to 30.

This program, which has already benefited more than 600 emerging artists between 2024 and 2026, offers two training tracks: the Re-Suena Path, focused on the comprehensive development of musical projects, and the Complementary Trainings, aimed at specific tools in the sound universe.

What Does Re-Suena Offer?

The program includes the Re-Suena seedbeds, territorial workshops in composition, urban music, hip hop, and freestyle that take place weekly in different neighborhoods of Rosario and Santa Fe. Access is guaranteed through scholarships and mobility support.

After completing the training tracks, participants begin the process of producing and recording songs that become part of the program's annual catalog. Each artist receives the Re-Suena kit, which includes the recorded song, its instrumental, professional photographic material, and technical sheet, providing concrete tools for their projection and circulation.

Distribution and Rights

Thanks to an agreement between the Ministry of Culture and the National Institute of Music (INAMU), artists can upload their songs to nearly 200 streaming services (such as Spotify and YouTube) through the Argentine Music Aggregator (AMA). This allows them to earn royalties from streams, manage their rights with collective management societies, and protect their intellectual property.

The Re-Suena program, 'Territories of Sound Creation,' promotes meeting spaces where music and the public sphere become axes of collective construction and creative development. It is a unique opportunity for young people who want to take their first steps in the music industry.
