A devastating humanitarian crisis in the Democratic Republic of the Congo is hampering efforts to control an Ebola outbreak. Nearly 300 people who tested positive have vanished from authorities' radar, over one million live in inaccessible displacement camps, and the WHO projects more than 8,000 cases by September.
