Justice Upholds Solidarity Union Dues for Argentine Commerce Workers
The National Directorate of Labor Relations confirmed that the 2.5% payroll deductions under Collective Bargaining Agreement 130/75 will remain in effect. Backed by the FAECyS union, this measure provides stability for workers and will be enforced until September 2026 due to a court injunction against the labor reform.
