Judge Salmain Charged for Demanding $100,000 Bribe from Former Argentine Tax Chief
Suspended federal judge Gastón Salmain was formally charged on Friday, July 31, 2026, with bribery and malfeasance. Prosecutor Federico Reynares Solari accused him of demanding $100,000 from former AFIP (Argentina's tax agency) Rosario director Carlos Vaudagna.
