Right-wing leader Keiko Fujimori has secured an irreversible lead of over 43,000 votes with 99.86% of ballots counted in Peru's presidential runoff. Her opponent, leftist Roberto Sánchez, refused to concede, alleging irregularities in overseas voting. Fujimori will become the first woman elected president in the Andean nation's history.
