Tras la aprobación en Diputados, la reforma laboral vuelve al Senado donde el Gobierno busca su sanción definitiva antes del 1 de marzo. El Frente de Sindicatos Unidos (Fresu) anunció un nuevo paro de 36 horas con movilización al Congreso para cuando se trate la norma, mientras la CGT evalúa nuevas medidas de fuerza.
