National Protest: Unions and Social Movements Return to the Streets
Following the 2026 World Cup break, on July 22, Argentina's major unions and social organizations took to the streets again. With a strong call for better pensions and the preservation of the Volver al Trabajo social program, peaceful marches took place in Buenos Aires, Rosario, La Plata, and Córdoba.
