According to Rosario3, the Municipality of Rosario has arranged a special schedule:

  • Health & Emergencies: Hospital shifts will be guaranteed, and the emergency service SIES (107) will attend to urgent needs.
  • Transport: On Thursday, a holiday schedule will apply, and on Friday, a half-holiday schedule. The public bike system 'Mi bici tu bici' will be available 24 hours.
  • Waste Collection & Spaces: Garbage collection will operate normally. The La Florida beach resort will be open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., allowing pets.

Córdoba: Transport and Waste Schedule

According to La Voz, the Municipality of Córdoba reported the following modifications:

  • Urban Transport: Buses will run with Sunday frequency on Thursday, July 9, and with Saturday frequency on Friday, July 10.
  • Waste Collection: The home garbage collection service will not operate on Thursday, but it will function normally on Friday.
  • Parking: The Metered Parking System will be free in permitted areas during both days, resuming its schedule on Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • Facilities: Community Participation Centers and ITV (Vehicle Technical Inspection) plants will remain closed on Thursday, resuming activities on Friday.

Salta: Passive Services and Markets

As detailed by the Municipality of Salta, the northern city will have the following schedule:

  • Environment: Home garbage collection will be normal on both July 9 and 10.
  • Cemeteries: Cemeteries will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., but administration will only assist until 1 p.m.
  • Social Service: Community Integrating Centers (CIC) will remain closed, but funeral services will operate normally.
  • Markets: The San Miguel Market and its annexes will be closed on Thursday, but neighborhood 'mercaditos' (small markets) will open at their usual hours on both days.
