The announcement comes ahead of the Income Tax deadline, scheduled for July 27, 2026.

It is worth noting that former president Jair Bolsonaro is under house arrest, sentenced to 27 years for leading an insurrection plot. According to Infobae, the Brazilian Supreme Court rejected a petition for Milei to visit Jair Bolsonaro during his stay.
