At the time of her passing, she was active in theater, performing in the play "El divorpio del año" (The Divorce of the Year) at the Teatro Niní Marshall in Tigre, a cultural venue named after the famous Argentine actress and comedian. Director José María Muscari had highlighted her commitment and professionalism in previous performances.
The news generated a wave of shock on social media and in the artistic community. Her son, Benicio Guyot, posted a photo with a broken heart on his Instagram account in honor of his mother.
Actor Gastón Pauls, her former partner and father of her son, published an emotional farewell on his social media, remembering moments shared and expressing his pain over the loss. Pauls is a well-known Argentine actor famous for films like "El secreto de sus ojos" and "Nueve reinas".
Multiple figures from entertainment and politics expressed their condolences, remembering País as a talented professional and a warm human being who left an indelible mark on Argentine television.
