After years of anticipation and countless rumors, Rockstar Games has officially unveiled the pricing structure for Grand Theft Auto VI, arguably the most awaited video game of the decade. The title is set to launch on November 19, 2026 with two distinct editions available: a Standard Edition priced at USD 79.99 and an Ultimate Edition at USD 99.99.
Pre-orders will officially begin on June 25, 2026 at midnight, local time for each region. Players can secure their copies through the PlayStation Store, Microsoft Store, Rockstar Games Store, and participating physical retailers worldwide.
The premium Ultimate Edition offers substantial additional content for the story of Jason and Lucia, the dual protagonists of this new installment set in Vice City and the fictional state of Leonida (inspired by real-world Florida).

Note: These in-game locations will focus on vehicle modifications, clothing, tattoos, and makeovers, integrating organically into the game world rather than appearing as simple menu options.
All purchases made before November 20, 2026 will include the Vintage Vice City Pack, a special collection inspired by Vice City's golden age when neon lights shone brightest. This nostalgic pack features themed items celebrating the franchise's heritage.
Digital pre-orders include one free month of GTA+, Rockstar's subscription service. This benefit can be redeemed immediately and grants access to advantages in GTA Online, content from GTA V, and other classic titles from the Rockstar library.
Players who pre-order the digital version can begin pre-loading on November 12, 2026, one week before the official launch. This ensures you can play immediately on release day without waiting for downloads.
The physical version will also be available from November 12, but will contain only a download code inside the box. There will be no traditional game disc included.
Grand Theft Auto VI marks the highly anticipated return to Vice City, now set within the fictional state of Leonida (modeled after Florida, USA). The story follows Jason and Lucia, two protagonists caught in a conspiracy after an apparently simple heist goes terribly wrong.
Rockstar promises the largest and most immersive evolution of the series, with the relationship between protagonists being crucial to surviving a dangerous criminal underworld.
Currently, Rockstar has not announced a PC version or collector's edition. Official information only covers the initial launch for next-generation consoles: PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Historically, GTA PC versions have arrived months or even a year after console releases.
