The Municipality of Salta invites the community to participate in the educational fair “Estudiá Salta 2026”, which will take place this Saturday, July 4th, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM (16:00 to 19:00), at Paseo Güemes and Juramento. This comprehensive event aims to support students, youth, and local families with a space that combines academic training, essential services, and entertainment for all ages.
For our international readers: Salta is a beautiful province in the northwest of Argentina, famous for its mountainous landscapes and rich culture. The Paseo Güemes is a popular pedestrian promenade located right next to the iconic Monumento a Güemes, a landmark celebrating a hero of the Argentine War of Independence.
Locals will be able to visit various municipal stands to learn in detail about the training offerings of the School of Mechanics and the School of Barbering and Hairdressing, as well as various labor training workshops. The Entrepreneurs School and the Municipal Factory will also be present, providing support for those looking to start or boost their own projects.
For those seeking job opportunities, the Employment Office will be providing personalized advice on resume building and key tips to successfully face job interviews.
In coordination with the Public Services Regulatory Entity (Ente Regulador de los Servicios Públicos), guidance will be provided for managing water and electricity subsidies. The president of the organization, Carlos Saravia, confirmed that users could process tariff reductions of between 60% and 100% if they certify incomes lower than two minimum wages ($735,000 ARS).
The Animal Welfare area will have a central spot with the participation of the Municipal Adoption Center “Nicolás Mancilla”. Responsible adoption will be promoted, free rabies vaccination will be offered, and appointments for future pet sterilizations will be given.
The event will feature a prominent artistic proposal to close the afternoon. Recognized musicians from the province will take the stage:
