In a scene reminiscent of a Hollywood movie, the Buenos Aires Police (Policía Bonaerense) successfully dismantled a criminal organization attempting to rob a branch of Banco Provincia in the city of Baradero. The operation took place in the early hours of Sunday, June 14, 2026, resulting in the arrest of 12 individuals (11 men and 1 woman).
The raid was conducted by the Superintendency of Complex Crimes and the Grupo Halcón (Hawk Group), an elite tactical unit similar to a SWAT team.
