09/07/2026 09:41 - Turismo

A Federal Celebration for the 20th Anniversary

From July 9 to 12, 2026, Buenos Aires will dress up to celebrate the 20th edition of Caminos y Sabores (Paths and Flavors), the mega-event of Argentine gastronomy and regional tourism that is premiering a brand new home.

San Luis Takes the Spotlight

For international visitors looking to experience authentic regional culture, the province of San Luis has prepared an irresistible proposal under the concept Conexión San Luis. Located in Pavilion 5 – Caminos Federales, this space is designed to showcase the local identity through natural landscapes, active tourism proposals, and an unmissable cultural agenda.

Ten top-tier local entrepreneurs will bring their products for thousands of visitors to taste and discover. The list includes:

  • Café Puntano and Sol Puntano
  • Alfajores Tobías and Manjares de Merlo
  • Gin Eternal and Cervecería 2 Venados
  • Al Voleo and Los Caminos del Té
  • Un Tal René

This participation is made possible thanks to San Luis's recent incorporation into the Consejo Federal de Inversiones (CFI) (Federal Investment Council), a key tool to boost local tourism and gastronomy on national stages.

Nine Paths to Travel Without Leaving the Fair

With more than 500 ventures from 18 Argentine provinces, the fair invites visitors on a sensory journey through 9 thematic paths: Federal; Sweets; Appetizers; Fruits of the Earth; Infusions; Oils and Dressings; Beverages; Tourism and Tradition; and Your Kitchen.

The Great Argentine Banquet

More than 40 renowned chefs such as Germán Martitegui, Juan Gaffuri, and Felicitas Pizarro will share their recipes live in the Caminos y Sabores PSA Kitchens.

Awards and Contests

The event will feature 'Experiencias del Sabor' (Flavor Experiences) and the third edition of the Copa Alfajor Argentino, an award celebrating the best traditional Argentine alfajores (a beloved local sweet treat) in the Marplatense, White, and Author categories.
